Shiny utensils, without a trace of grease and ready for the next dish? How to keep each pan and even the hood filter clean when we have a growing business and daily traffic increases?  GEM Industrial Solutions shares one of its ideal solutions  to satisfy the needs of sectors such as hospitality and commercial catering: the  Utensil Washer with industrial degreasers.

A machine  designed to wash all your business's industrial kitchenware  and kitchen utensils that need a deep clean, or simply a daily maintenance scrubbing.  It also guarantees savings in energy, water and working hours , and according to experts, reduces washing costs by up to 70%.

How do they work?

The degreasing machines clean all utensils at a temperature of 75º, thus guaranteeing  rigorous daily hygiene control and an optimal level of cleaning and disinfection .

Simply place the utensils inside the equipment and wait for the chemical reaction of our exclusive biodegradable products to do all the work. When removing them, simply rinse them with sufficient water pressure to remove any dirt that may be stuck and to remove the chemical solution from the utensils.

We have automatic degreasing machines  , where the washing takes place with minimum effort and the encrusted grease is completely removed. While the manual line has a manageable lifting system to raise the kitchen utensils to the surface.

Advantages of use?

Its AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel construction makes it an  extremely durable machine . All models include wheels to  facilitate transport  and placement in different spaces. Elements that allow cleaning of the gastronomic area once installed.

It is highly energy efficient  and  easy to maintain in case of repair . It is designed under sustainability parameters.  It consumes less water, energy and chemicals  than existing conventional washing systems, including manual cleaning.
